Evolution of Wylie

My first realization about working with Wylie; he is just as excitable as I am.  Now this can be taken as a good thing or a challenge.  It’s good because we get excited about our work!  I can feel his energy and enthusiasm, even if we’re communicating through MSN...it’s there and it’s awesome!

The challenge is this...I want so badly for his dreams to come true!  I feel a connection to his story.  I see his talent and can’t believe how lucky we are to have found him; but also want his talent to flourish and his dreams to be realized.  Here is the real kicker...I want it to happen for him NOW!!  And so does he.

We’re currently working on re-designing our website (among other things).  Funny considering it hasn’t even been launched yet, I know.  Wylie is a perfectionist.  He completes a project and does an absolutely amazing job with it.  We’re impressed; we love it and can’t imagine anything more perfect.  Then, just a few hours, day or weeks later he revisits his original project and comes up with something even more mind-blowing!  Suddenly you feel compelled to take this direction.  This is what I’m going to call the Evolution of Wylie.  He is always evolving and never satisfied with his work.  This works well for me and for our clients.  Staying on top of things is all about evolution and people often take the smallest things for granted.  It’s important to have consistency but also to keep things fresh and interesting...what are they going to do next?!

If you’re looking for an answer to that question...I’ll keep you posted.

Keep smiling~
