Jarrett Ford is no stranger to following his dream.  He has pursued his dream more than once, first to become a police officer and then to become a chef, but it wasn’t until recently that he found his true passion in film.  The interesting thing was, this time Jarrett wasn’t so convinced that he should follow his dream.

Growing up in a family of technical geeks it’s easy to see why Jarrett has finally found his true calling.  The Fords (consisting of Wylie, Devlin and Jarrett) have all pursued careers in the technical fields, all complimenting each other’s skills and experience perfectly.  Certainly many have noted that, one day, all three Fords might end up working together in a technically creative company on the cutting edge of the media industry. 

It took a lot of negotiating to get Jarrett to partner with Right Step Solutions and take his production company, WestRock Productions to the next level.  His entire life was in B.C. and in order to pursue his film dream further, he had to pick up and move back to Ontario, leaving behind his home, his friends and the beautiful B.C. scenery.

The pros in the move were partnering with a company that would assist him in realizing his dream, offering him film work in a variety of fields with multiple companies and the potential for growth and networking that he didn’t have in B.C.  Jarrett’s hesitation…what if it didn’t work out?  What if he left everything only to be no further ahead?  After a few very long conversations, Jarrett finally decided to put his faith back in himself, join Right Step Solutions, and make his dream a reality.
