Name: Alexis Mizzi a.k.a. Lexi
Position: Administrator & Life Saver 

Lexi is a fast-talking ball of energy!  Her cheery, out-going demeanour is completely contagious and often brings extra motivation to the rest of the Dreams Team (not to mention endless entertainment).

Known for her klutziness as much as her craziness, it’s easy to see why juggling is a skill she’s mastered but not the kind of juggling you may think…

Lexi is known around the Dreams office as the “Shaun Whisperer” – she can read his mind, anticipate his needs and communicate with the rest of the team on his behalf without even batting an eyelash but that’s not all…

Lexi is the proud mother of two incredibly beautiful and equally entertaining children.  Being a mother is her inspiration for life itself.  Alyssa and Austin (a.k.a. Buddha) fill her with a sense of fulfillment and happiness that some people search for their whole lives.  As Lexi so proudly says, “they are my world, they are my heart” (insert large tear).

For Lexi, living the dream is being able to have a full-time career and still be able to be a mother when her kids need her the most – she truly has the best of both worlds. 

Her role with Dreams is as diverse as her resume itself but she never seemed to be able to find her niche, until now.  When presented with the opportunity to join Dreams, she quickly realized that she could utilize all her skills and experience on a daily basis.  “It was and is the career opportunity I had been longing for, the chance to really grow with a company.  I truly appreciate the opportunity I have been given and cannot wait to watch all of our hard work flourish, it’s so exciting!”

The one easily most unique thing about dreamstoreality.ca is its team.  You have five super talented people with so many different skills to bring to the table, all-working toward the “Ultimate Dream”.  Being amongst them is definitely an inspiration all on its own.  I am honoured to be part of something so spectacular.  I now understand the value of a strong team.

I enjoy spending time with the important people in my life and getting to chill and be myself.  Without my best friend none of these simple pleasures would be the same.  He makes me smile and feel special just as I long to do for others. He is my soul mate and the most important piece to my puzzle.  He completes my picture perfect family.  My man <3!
