I just had the most amazing revelation; I am actually living my dream!  I know this sounds crazy, but stay with me.  

Several months ago I was feeling restless, unfulfilled, unsatisfied.  I felt like I had more to accomplish in life, that I was meant to do something more.  So I started my search.  What was this something more?  I read a lot of books and searched the internet endlessly trying to figure it out.  Something more ended up being right in front of me all the time...writing.

As a young child writing was something I always enjoyed and excelled at.  In high school I took every English and writing course available to me.  I always did well, with little effort and always enjoyed it.  My Mom always wanted me to be a writer of some sort; an author, a sports journalist.  She felt writing was my destiny; I took it for granted.

Although my career choice didn’t initially take me there, writing was always a part of me.  When Shaun and I came up with the idea to start Right Step Solutions and help others live their dreams, it came from me wanting to write.  I decided that I wanted to start blogging about people who are living their dreams.  This was something I was passionate about and something that I felt would inspire other people.  Before I knew it, Shaun had turned my idea for a blog into an entire business concept and within hours we had registered Right Step Solutions and dreamstoreality.ca.

I have been so caught up in our “business” that I never realized that I now write full-time.  Whether it be blogging or writing an article for a website or researching and putting together content for a client’s website, media kit or sponsorship package, I am a writer.  This is my job.  This is my dream and I am living it.
