Title: Director of Business Development a.k.a. The Brains Behind the Operation

If you walked into a room, you probably wouldn’t notice Shaun at all.  He’s quiet, unassuming, speaks very little and actually avoids the limelight.  Overlooking him though, would be your first mistake, for many reasons.

First, Shaun is the man who will make your dreams a reality.  If he believes in you, he will find a way to help you.  It is his drive to help others that is the heart of dreamstoreality.ca.  He is a true business genius, so much so that people often think he’s too good to be true.  His wife considers him to be an angel among men because of his caring heart and ability to change people’s lives for the better with nothing but his remarkable intelligence.   Not one to brag or showcase his incredible gift, you have to see it to believe it – and once you see it, you’ll never stop believing.

Secondly, his quiet passiveness masks his observant nature and keen ability to read others.  He can tell more about a person in a couple of minutes of observation than most people can in a lifetime.  This helps him find the truly remarkable people and the so-called “diamonds in the rough” – the people who have something special and just need someone to believe in them.

Thirdly, if you confuse his introverted nature and passive personality with laziness or being a push over, you’d be horribly wrong and he’d be more than happy to prove it to you.  The only thing that ever removes Shaun from his goal of helping others is proving others wrong.  Being the brains behind the operation doesn’t mean he comes up with the ideas and then sits back and watches everyone else implement them; it means being one step ahead of everyone, knowing how to drive the direction he wants to take and finding a way to get everyone on board.  It means 18+ hour days of research, research and more research and being available to the entire Dreams Team, its business partners and clients.  Without Shaun, none of what dreamstoreality.ca is able to accomplish would be possible.

His only detriment, it seems, is that when people think you’re too good to be true, they react poorly.  Sometimes this means turning their back on a opportunity he’s presented you with – how can he possibly want to do this, asking nothing in return?  Believe it and seize the moment because this is who he is and with Shaun on your side, your dreams will become a reality.

You may wonder why Shaun has dedicated his life to helping others – you may wonder what his dream is?  His dream, simply stated, is to watch others fulfill their dreams and that is what drives him everyday.

So, what does Shaun look for in someone he wants to help?  The answer is simply loyalty, hard work and knowing how to have fun.
